Thank you for your support through another festival here in WA and my first ever gigs with a jazz trio!
In the lead up to Fairbridge Festival, I enjoyed a fantastic gig at The Ellington Jazz Club with Tom O’Halloran Trio, alongside Rose Parker Band. If you were among the awesome crowd who came down to enjoy the night, thank you. We had a very responsive crowd and you made it extra fun!
I had a brilliant time playing Fairbridge with Tom O’Halloran, Karl Florisson and Michael Perkins, playing a few gigs in The Chapel and Ruby’s Wine Bar and getting in on a jazz jam to close the Ruby’s stage. Watch a video of us in the Chapel here.
I was also invited to perform at the solo Singers in the Round event on the main stage with Ireland’s Gallie, Canada’s Garrett Kato and Byron’s Karin Page.
There were some mad sessions to end the festival and some nice radio spots beforehand. I went solo on ABC Radio, and hung out with Andrew Winton and Rose Parker on Radio Fremantle. If you missed the ABC’s Facebook Live stream of me singing on air, you can still watch the video here.
